How does one remove the valance box that encloses the rolling blinds? I have removed the lower wood-type screws on either end of the valance and thought it would lift upwards but it does not seem to want to budge. The black out blind is binding against the top of the vertical wooden decorative...

While at our dealer, they noticed what looked like some screws working their up out of the roof decking of our 2017 Landmark Newport. Looks like little tent posts under the vinyl roof liner. Has anyone experienced this on their rig and, if so, what was the resolution?
