I also have a 2008 3400RL with the same issue. It's stuck in the up position (thank goodness) but the legs are free moving and are not indicating any binding. Manual does the same bind. Any suggestions from anyone that has experienced this before?

I also have only the red lever. I currently have the issue of my key not being to unlock the deadbolt. If my batteries die, I am locked out

I found mouse turds one drawer under using one of those plug in units. One day later using a traditional trap in the drawer with the deterrent unit still plugged in, I had the culprit. I wasn't impressed.
