My new 2017 Heartland Mallard M312 has 2 sewer hookups. The one on the left has 2 release valvues and the one of the right has one. How am I supposed to know what valve is the Black tank vs the Grey 1 & 2?

I have a brand new Heartland Mallard m312. It has a Coleman Mack AC unit. I've only camped 5 nights in it and the last 2 the AC freezes up and I have to turn off for a few hours then I can turn it back on. What's wrong shouldn't it work longer than that? 80 to 85 degree day high humidity...
