I remember seeing some thread about issues with slide outs not retracting fully. Then wait a couple of seconds and you could pull the slide in the rest of the way. Does anyone remember where these threads are?

The Heartland sales info says that our trailers have E-Z lube hubs. The Lippert Corp website has instructions for using what they call the SuperLube Hub. Are these two the same?
