Although the vent is not blocked, I have always wondered if it had something to do with the vinyl linoleum. And this vent is closest to the furnace. You may be on to something.

No rust. Although the discoloration is the color of rust. - - - Updated - - - We didn't have filters on it until within the last year, but the discoloration appeared 3 years ago. This is the only floor vent it appears on. Go figure.

First time posting. I have a 2017 Big Country 3150RL. When you enter the RV there are steps to the right going up to the bedroom. On the rise of the bottom step is a switch - looks like a regular light switch. Cannot see what this controls. Anyone know what this is for? Thanks in advance...
