Those are my reasons as well for the 4005, I love the U shaped kitchen/counter space galore, the separate space for the stove (so the rest of the cabinets/etc won't get as dirty) and my favorite part is having the loft access in the garage BUT a little cabinet to open so they aren't excluded...
