I finished it all up. I ended up using connection with pex clamps so I didn't have to worry about threaded fittings.
My wife is happy to have a fully functional washer. Now to find a permanent location for the dryer...

Looking to remove my island countertop without damaging it. Suggestions? Looks like it is held in place with loads of staples.

Thank you for the insight. Not the leak source but I was unaware of the rubber washer so I learned still, thank you! The leak is an ever so slight drip from the 90* push on sharkbite at the top. It is leaking from the threaded segment where it connects to the supply valve for the washer itself...
Got it finished up today. The fnpt fitting that connects to the water supply valve gave me grief. I used pipe dope but it leaked, so I switched to teflon tape, still leaking but just a drip every 20 min or so. I'll be looking for a 1/2" PEX washer supply valve to replace this one. While I was in...
I will be tying in where the blue tape marks are on the drain line. It is post kitchen sink p-trap so will have it's own p-trap. Do I need another vent for the washer drain or will the one already installed suffice? (See top of existing drain downpipe)

I have started my washer supply box project. I decided to install a separate drain stand pipe and tie in to the kitchen sink drain.
I did not use a standard washer supply outlet box, I instead opted to do things differently. I found a "hide-a-vent" box that was much smaller and will fill...
Unconventional set up 2019 M-33. We just bought a small washer and separate dryer so we can be more self sufficient, and avoid trips to the laundromat. I don't have any permanent connections for the washer so I plan on installing a connection box. Here are my options, both at the same end of the...
I think I'm going to use the stainless clamp style connections vs. the push fittings. In the long run the tool will be more cost effective than buying press connections ever time I replace a fitting or make a modification.

Hey all, looking at doing s modification to my M33 that requires a tee on my hot & cold water lines under my kitchen sink. Lines are PEX. Connectors I can use ate standard tee with crimp rings or sharkbite push tee. Please share your experiences with the sharkbite push tee and which tee would...
Still waiting on a reply. I'm sure telework has slowed things down. While I'm waiting for them i'm curious if anyone here has changed the in tank thermostat?

I sent them an e-mail. I'll give it a few days and see if they reply. I can't exactly take it in for service as I am using it currently.

My 2019 Mallard M-33 has a model GC6AA-10E water heater. Today I removed the water heater to search for a leak that is slowly saturating the water heater support platform. After removing the styrofoam insulation I discovered mineral build up that appears to originate from the point where the...
I haven't read any comments in this thread about the sail switch. If your sail switch is malfunctioning then the furnace will not "see" proper airflow from the blower motor and will not ignite. This happened to me just last month. Check your sail switch. It may be dirty or bad. I found a...
I have a pushbutton LED, about 3" diameter, over my kitchen counter by the stove that is starting to flicker. I can see that it is one of the LEDs in the assembly. Has anybody replaced one of these units? How did you remove it and where did you get the replacement from?

Check your input and output connections on the outlet that you replaced. I replaced one recently and learned that the infeed and outfeed connections were not the same positions on the replacement vs the original. The outlet will not reset if these connections are reversed.

I've come across a 2016 Gateway 3800RLB. Talking to the owners everything seems good except for some wallpaper bubbling. Not sure if this is heat, possible water damage, failing adhesive, etc. It is in the bunk room on what would be the ceiling below the loft. Any other owners come across...
Wow! Now I can understand why I get limited heat to my bathroom and front bedroom vents. Sheesh! Kudos to you for all the effort. My 1 yr warranty just expired earlier this month, however I have an extended warranty that really keeps me from doing too much. Thanks for the pics!
Thanks all for the advice. I checked the jhole alignment and they would be offset if I flipped the trim piece, but i'd have to drill one more hole in the end to really hold it in place. I'm considering one of these to capture and remove the old shank then use epoxy to glue in dowels and fill the...
Re: Mallard M33 A/C duct - Ressurecting Old Thread
A few weeks ago I noticed the same problem in my 2019 M33. I got no air flow from the curb side ceiling vent in the bunkroom and very limited airflow from the street side ceiling vent. I removed the vent louvers and looked in with a mirror and...
Each one that I can see broke flush with the wall structure. I'd have to elongate the trim hole to get the screw in next to the old one. Once I have permission in my profile to post attachments I'll put up the pics.
While walking around the back of my TT I noticed that the metal trim that holds the side skirt appeared to be bowed out a little bit. Upon further examination I discovered that the screw head, though still in the hole, had broken off the screw shank. I've found a total of 4 screws thus far in...
