Having the same issue. Fixed it 4 years ago with Cat fluid as directed by Heartland notice. Just starting now with mild pops after sunset. And I already have snappads on all 6 jacks.

Weak breaker was the deal.

That was our issue. Replaced the 30amp breaker and everything works. Next time I'll replace it with a 50amp which I've already purchased.
