Well it looks like my only answer is to make a claim.. if I saw this post from somebody else I would give the same advice as you all did.. but I did just have to make sure first that there was not a flaw in the fabric first, and it looks like that is clearly not the case.. But just to answer...

I have seen people use a piece of foam from like a old rv bed. Cut it a little to large for the hole and it should just stick in place! I know its kind of tacky but it works and you can remove and hide it very easy! Just a thought...

It is a beautiful truck and trailer combo. I alomost got caught this november in Northern Michigan in my wifes parents yard..we got a ton of snow in the weekend we were up there.. But was able to make it out and to the storage yard!!

I called ASA yesterday afternoon cause I have a Jensen LCD that does turn itself on. I was impressed that somebody answered the phone with out a long automated answering service. But here is what I learned.. I live in Michigian and am not a full timer so my coach is stored away for the winter...

I was in the dealership this afternoon getting my sundance rear bunk slide worked on and there was a couple picking up there Big Horn.. Not sure what it was in for...should have gone and introduced myself.. but didnt... this was a dealership in Wixom Michigan (general RV)

I can tell you that when mine goes in it touches the dresser.. and IMHO it does not hurt a thing.... the slide once in does not have any play at all.. and if it did not go all the way in you would be able to tell from the outside of the coach... But there are much more experianced people in here...
