Well it's almost been a year since we purchased this rig and we still love it. We've taken it to Canyon lake about 3 times, towed it all the way to Deadwood South Dakota from Katy TX, went to Bandera TX once and next month we leave to visit Big Bend but staying in Lajitas, TX.
That's put us...
I may be cancelling my stay and voyage towards Sevierville. Looks like we are headed to London, UK. I'm really going to miss this part of the US but I know it will be easier for me to get to TN than the UK. Keep an eye open for a river front site to open up soon. I'll post here when I do so...
We have one to. I use it all the time to clean off the slides or getting access to the roof. My older unit was about 2' shorter so I can definitely feel the difference with my new one but still can get up. It does feel pretty secure but I definitely recommend you always have another person...
Yeah. we are really looking forward to it. With two big trips sort of back to back we can't wait!!! I'll be bringing my motorcycle and PUP PEN to ride some of these beautiful roads.
I actually just use some bungees that attach to my patio rails. haven't had any issues yet. But I'm currently going to try somethin else. I will report back once I get it.
Yep. I tried that and it still wasn't gonna work for me. So I came up with this for just about $100.00 and no need to find level ground or have to raise up or any other inconvenience. I like fast and easy(er)
I purchased my Torque 327 one month ago and 3 weeks ago I promptly took it out for a shake down trip. I found a couple things the dealer needed to address and I found some I need to address. Mainly the incline of the ramp. I have a 2019 Road Glide Special with some exhaust pipes that extend...
Sign Paul & Ruthy up. I just booked spot #429 checking in 09/28 & checking out 10/5 (Sorry I won't make the potluck but I need to get on the road to get back home by Sunday evening.)
Going to keep my eye on this thread. My wife as well as myself have been wanting to Visit this part of Tennesse for quite some time now. We would be coming from Katy, TX just west of Houston. I got a big trip to Deadwood, SD in August and hopefully can recover quick enough to make the trek East.
My progression started back in 2011 with a 16', then 2015 a 37' and now 2019 a 40'. No regrets at all just in the parks like others said you have to plan ahead and accept what they can or can't accommodate.
I have a reminder every year to replace them. cheap easy peace of mind. I actually lost my keys about 50 miles (at least it was only 50 miles) away and had to turn back around to get my second set of keys. Shortly after trip is when the RV Lock showed up.
Yeah. I had that happen on my old unit but that was more over time from the road vibrations loosening them up. This here appears to be the shower wall and tub letting water pass thru and dripping below rather quickly. I don't think it's puddling up under the tub but rather just blowing past...
So this past weekend was our first shake down trip. It was on purpose to find any kinks or issues including logistics on transporting my motorcycle & a small trailer that attaches to my bike. We found a couple of things that need straightening out but the biggest issue manifested when my wife...
Thanks for posting this. I think the wife would love to try this place out. We have a beagle and two Chihuahuas that travel with us everywhere. Even with us while traveling on the motorcycle.
well I guess. My even more budget friendly prior Puma had at least a stove vent. I guess I won't complain too much. I got this thing at an incredible price point with a lot of new to me features and creature comforts.
The wife and I picked up this rig last weekend and we absolutely love it. Our 2nd toy hauler and upgrading from a 2015 Puma Palomino toy hauler. We were not looking at a new rig but I stumbled across this floor plan and I knew I had to have it. Been putting in the normal things and getting it...
So I noticed that on my 2019 TQ 327 the over head stove fan only sucks up and shoots the air to the sides.......inside the unit. I first went outside to look for the vent cap to open it but then in short order noticed it doesn't have one. What gives?! I don't know about you but I detest the...
Thanks for the reply. Breckenridge has been on my list. A few years ago we towed our old toy hauler to Manitou Springs and did a bunch of riding around there. We went in June and couldn't have asked for better weather. Was even able to make it up Pikes Peak.
That does look like some nice...
As the title says I'm looking for a few rv parks in those areas that offer some nice views. I'm trying to decide which direction I want to go. I have about 9 days to do it. I'm in Katy, TX just west of Houston and I don't mind doing 800-1000 miles in one day if it's gonna make me get to a...
New guy here but I just installed a 40" tv in my 327 Torque. There was a backing there for the main area in the galley but I'll but taking some 1" x 4" carpeted to give myself a more secure mounting area for the bedroom and garage TV's.
My wife and I just picked up our new 2019 Torque 327. We are loving the design moving up from our old Palomino Puma. We are avid motorcycle riders that bring along our pups for the adventure. Hope to learn and share here for a while.
