Moderators or IT people, why does it do this.......

If you’re looking on a computer, you can hold down the shift key, and it will open the link in a new tab. I do that sometimes when I don’t want to lose my place. (On iPad, hold down your finger and it should give you option of new tab.) I’m not getting the dark page but I get mighty frustrated...

    New security camera install!

Interesting... we were thinking of adding the Furrion door camera since we already have that observation camera setup. I like the pan and tilt on yours. Linda & Bill / 2015 North Trail 22RBK / 2004 Ford F-350

    Grill Mount

You’re welcome! BTW, we grilled on ours last night. We can swing it forward more so it’s in front of the kitchrn area, but yes, it’s still that distance away. (I figured it was for fire safety.) It did a great job on brats and burgers. Pretty even heat. Linda & Bill / 2015 North Trail 22RBK...

Hi we installed ours on our new-to-us 2015 22RBK. I’ll post as a series of pics. Ask Qs if it doesn’t make sense. Linda & Bill / 2015 North Trail 22RBK / 2004 Ford F-350

How do you lean a ladder against the roof?

Thanks everyone! We tried the pool noodle and realized it was a great solution. Happy camping! Linda & Bill / 2015 North Trail 22RBK / 2004 Ford F-350

How do you lean a ladder against the roof?

I can’t say for certain, but I was assuming it was walkable due to this (both from the 2015 NT brochure). Linda & Bill / 2015 North Trail 22RBK / 2004 Ford F-350

How do you lean a ladder against the roof?

We don’t have a factory installed ladder. [emoji30] From what I’ve read in other strings as I’ve been trying to figure this out, the ladder would be mounted on the left if you’re standing behind the trailer. That’s where our shower is, and the skylight is where the ladder would be mounted on...

How do you lean a ladder against the roof?

Thanks everyone! We’ll get a pool noodle, memory foam or some blankets/towels and use the extension ladder we have. We’ll pick up a telescopic ladder for when we travel too. Thanks for the tips. Linda & Bill / 2015 North Trail 22RBK / 2004 Ford F-350

Best Bank to Refi our RV Loan

We used a small local credit union and are at 4.5% if memory serves. I am not familiar with your lender but I suggest you check out your local credit unions. Like a teachers credit union or the like. They like to keep the $$ in the community and will support a local borrower better. (And with...

    Travel Tool Kit

We always also bring line (rope) and a tarp. I know those aren’t exactly tools but ehrn you’re firewood is getting wet you’ll want them. A water regulator unless you’re going to fill up your fresh water tank before leaving home. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How do you lean a ladder against the roof?

Thanks Dahillbilly. That’s what we kinda figured. The rubber roof has us a little worried. We’re coming from truck campers and metal roofs (which have their own challenges). I wonder if anyone has ever created a leak leaning the extension ladder that way? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How do you lean a ladder against the roof?

We just picked up a 2015 North Trail 22RBK travel trailer a few weeks ago. It does not have a factory-installed ladder. The previous owner had cleaned about half of the roof, but 1/2 surely needs a cleaning. Plus, we want to be able to inspect our roof and check seams or any places that need...

Love our New-to-Us North Trail 22RBK

Thank you for welcoming us to the Heartland Club and Forum! We purchased a 2015 NT22RBK a week ago and CANNOT WAIT! to spend some time in it camping. We’re new to Heartland but not RVing. Though Bill and I have camped in tents and pop-up campers, we’ve spent the last 10 years owning two truck...
