Anyone Ever Hit Their Head On Pin Box?

Get a cheap hollow pool noodle and cover all sharp edges with it. I have them on my bedroom slideout which is the perfect height for braining yourself.

Storing my motorcycle in toyhauler garage for winter

The trailer is inside a steel shed out of the sun, but here in Canada almost all rv's sit that long over winter without moving . This trailer has the 110psi Sailuns on it that have hardly any bulge in them because of the high pressures. It wouldn't be a huge deal for me to move the trailer a...

No I don't have Level-up, just standard landing gear and stabilizers at the back. The full weight will be on my axles.

Storing my motorcycle in toyhauler garage for winter

This question is not specific to the Torque but all toyhaulers. Is it a bad idea to have my bike in the garage of my toyhauler for 4- 5 months or is that not good for my rv axles? My bike is 900 lbs. I can't see how it could hurt if the rv isn't moving but my wife doesn't think so.

    2017 Torque 321 - Couch Slide

Apon checking my couch slide out the bracket setup is the same as yours. I thought that maybe your brackets were backwards but mine are the same. My slideout definitely goes in further than yours. By the entry door the trim from the slide is maybe 3/4" from the outside wall. I'm guessing that...

    2017 Torque 321 - Couch Slide

I am using my rv right now and when I put my couch slide in tomorrow I will take a picture and double check. I have had a pile of problems with that same slide but that is another story.

Where do you store your tables?

I put my garage table on the top bunk between the base and the mattress. I use a ratchet strap to hold it there that I run widthwise across the trailer so the straps run over the metal ends of the bunk. I don't need that heavy thing falling from the ceiling onto my bike. The living room table we...

    License Plate broke off

Above quote X2! We lost our license plate our very first time out with our brand new 321. The little plastic tabs that were part of the rear signal light take virtually nothing to break off. Very poor design by Heartland and whoever sourced these parts. So on my second time out with my new...

    garage wall studs?

I had the same dilemma. We wanted to tie our pedal bikes up against the wall and have the motorcycle in the garage. So I went to a hardware store and bought first a cheap stud finder with one flashing light. It didn't work. I returned it and got the expensive model that is 6" wide and has about...

    Cold garage

With my new Torque 321 we found the same thing with virtually no heat getting to the garage. Solved that with a $30 electric heater with thermistat. Simplest solution. On the other end of the trailer about 90% of the heat comes out of the bathroom register, very little out of the others. Tried...

'17 Torque 321 - Where is the water pump?

In my '16 it's right behind that panel where the diverter valve is. In my trailer it is noticeably quieter than any other rv that I have owned and this is our fifth. Enjoy yours!

    Mice

I have used cotton balls with food grade peppermint oil sprinkled on them for years and no mice. Put them everywhere. Holes where lines go through the floor, compartments, any cracks or openings. The peppermint oil is not offensive and works .

    Glad this trip is over

Besides the pail of fuel I always have a two foot long sandbag along to hold down the sewer hose when dumping the black tank. Don't ask why I started doing that. The day that I picked up my brand new rv #3 , a 30' 5-er, I turned to soon pulling out of the dealership shop and knocked the back...

    Glad this trip is over

For all the years that I've been rving I've always had a 5 gal pail of diesel in the back of my truck. Nice feeling to not to have to worry between stops.

    We did it..

Congratulations schew! ! We ordered our new Torque 321 from the factory only having seen the website pics and other dealer pics. After a couple of months we drove 5 hours to see one on another dealers lot to see if we had made a good decision. But after just coming home from a three week holiday...

    Sink covers

I just got a new Torque 321 5-er that was made this last January and it never came with sink covers either. The units that I saw pictures of on dealer websites and on Heartland's own site never showed any sink covers for my unit. They eliminated many little things to bring the cost of this...

    rear stabilizer jacks

On my new Torque 5-er I had no option for an electric stabilizers so I am back to the old manual crank scissors jacks. But my previous Sundance had the electric stabilizers which worked great. They both went down at the same time until the first one made contact with the block. But it wasn't...

2017 Torque 321 - Kitchen Slide bottom seal

Hey Weekender1. I have the same trailer. I looked at my kitchen slide yesterday and can't see why changing that seal should be a big hassle. If it was my trailer I would try to take it off myself. Unless there is something I don't see or understand.

    Tire Pressure

Yes they are the S637's that are stamped 110 psi. I checked them tonight in the shade and they are still 120 psi cold. Should I leave them or drain them down to 110 psi?

    Tire Pressure

I have only made one trip with my new 2016 Torque which came with Sailun tires. I was checking tire pressures yesterday and they were filled to 120 psi from factory! Should I leave them at that or lower them to the rated 110 psi?

    Banff, Lake Louise suggestions

About an hour south of Banff on the BC side is Radium Valley Vacation Resort at Radium Hot Springs BC. They have drive up sites. We are rv timeshare owners there but don't get there until July this year. I think that it is 4 or 5 star rated . Great place to use as a base to day trip from.

Torque 325 TV and entertainment system

If you are getting the error message then you have probably hit the reset button on the main unit. My Boss dvd player in my new 2016 321 Torque was giving me the same error message. It wouldn't play any dvd's or music cd's. My dealer replaced it under warranty and the new one works perfectly.

Best installation spot on 2016 Torque SS for a EMS-HW50C?

I installed my surge protector inside the removable wall in the front pass through storage area. Not a big deal. Lots of room in my Torque 321. It ended up approx in the middle of the rv away from the plumbing.

Air Compressor Necessary for 110 PSI Tires

What are the rest of you using to inflate these 110 psi tires on your rv? Do you depend on service stations or haul along your own compressor and what size of unit is needed. Too small a unit and it could take forever to get those last 10-20 psi in those tires.

Torque Generator Area - Use for Storage?

I just got a 2016 Torque 321 without the generator and was thinking about the same thing. But I'm thinking of putting some small mesh expanded metal in for a floor and the putting all of my sewer house and sewer fittings in there.

    2016 Torque Changes

Tie down D-rings in garage now welded solid

I am familiar with the E-track as I load many highway dry vans and secure most loads with this type of equipment. I read about this in a toy-hauler garage a while back but had forgotten about it. For now we are going to use our garage as our main eating area so I'm trying to keep my floor clear...

Tie down D-rings in garage now welded solid

I just finished mounting my motorcycle wheel chock in the garage of my new 2016 Torque 321 and couldn't be happier with how it all worked out. Just took delivery of my new 2016 Torque 321 toy hauler and I was very very pleased to find a set of 14 ply Sailun tires on it. Thank You Heartland! This company does listen to its customers. Everything in the trailer was perfect and I can't wait to use it in a couple of months.

    Considering used Heartland Sundance fiver

I don't know about this particular model, but we had a 2010 Sundance 3300RLB. We used it for seven seasons and never once took it back to the dealership for any reason. A perfect rv for the time that we owned it. I did all of the wheel bearing maintenance myself so I wouldn't have any...

How many miles on your tow vehicle

Hey Meagle. You and your wife have nothing to worry about with only 170000 miles on it. These older Duramaxs can crank out lots of miles before they need replacement. I know several people who have put 300-500,000 miles on these trucks before they are done. Regular use and good maintenance will...
