So I just got off the phone with Lippert tech support and have my answer. The presence of thermostats on the wall means that the Lippert HVAC controller is not installed on the rig. The is an either/or proposition.

I have a 2021 Bighorn 3375SS with the LCI OneControl Wireless version. I do not see in this system any control option for the HVAC systems but on the Lippert websites and other rig manufacturer sites using Lippert One control I do see it advertised. Is this an option I neglected to request at...
