My advice is dump the Heartland on someone that doesn't know about the over price brand. I have had over 200 issues on a 2021 Heartland Landmark. Over 6 months sitting at their factory getting rebuilt.

Worse than the manuals sucking, the lack of quality control sucks. I have a 2021 piece of junk sitting in my drive. Owned it 18 months and 6 of those months were spent back at the factory. Resale is horrible as well. Highly recommend against this brand.

I bought a 2021 Heartland Landmark Newport 365. Sticker was over $150K. Bought it from General RV in Canton Oh. Had over 100 issues. Dealer did nothing to address them. Had factory take it back to repair. Got it back after three months. New roof and slide out were just two issues. Still...
