We were told that the 3950 Cyclone is the biggest 5th wheel on the market that has no engine. Is this true? If it isn't we'd hate to see the biggest one.

Why is it that Heartland doesn't or hasn't looked into a new company besides Lippert for the jack system on these units, and other units for that matter? Seems Lippert has a lot of issues with dependable equipment more than just the jack system for such nice RV's.

Has anyone in the N Florida area used the dealership in Panama City for service work? Warranty service or non warranty. Just wondering what their reputation is.
