The CEO Complaint assigned me to someone and they reached out by email saying she was going to contact the Biloxi location about having a third party assess the damage. She didn't acknowledge that I didn't want them to repair it. I guess one step at a time.

Unfortunately, they do not have anything to replace this lock. This is so frustrating that no one (that I have found) has made a keyless lock for this year camper.
Did you find a keyless replacement? We have a 2021 landmark Daytona and the lock is malfunctioning. We have been searching for a keyless option with no luck. I have the dealership searching for options and I even contacted Bauer (the manufacturer of the current lock).
