We had a vent installed and had to remove due to keeping the vent from opening. You can buy a uniit from camping world but make sure it is a larger unit that allows for the vent to open automatically.

byran and Ray-the issue is not the condensation. The issue is the panes are separating. You can see the bottom of one pane through the window. I understand the panes are glued around the edges. When they separate is there a guarantee?

an additonal item you might check is the bar that goes across to the motor. The unit has a bolt to control both legs going up together. The nut can fall off and the legs will not move together. You might correct this will a nylon lock nut
