We have an awning by Dometic A&E system. I broke the hard plastic piece that connects to the inner sliding arm. I can see how to get the bottom part out but does anyone know how to get the other piece out of the top part of the inner arm? Thanks Ann

We have the same BH as you do and you can hear the sound change. I find that in cold wheater it is somewhat slower but never had a problem. Heartland makes pretty good stuff! Have fun Joe

Thanks for the nice welcome . We found a nice used one a 3055 RL 2008 we only looked at pic's and it looked good so when we are there we stay on there campground for 2 days to cheque everything out before we hand over the cheque.
