We have 2 heat pumps in our Landmark. I think they are great. With these heat pumps and the fireplace, we very rarely use our furnace.

If your set-up is like my Landmark, you can remove the screws holding the white collar on the black plastic tank(I am doing this from memory). Then pull it out. You will find a long black tube attached to the white collar. I cut it off close to the collar. Now my 20' hose fits with no problem.

We have two heat pumps on our Landmark. They were great down to about 40 degrees. With the heat pumps and the fireplace, I never use the furnace when I have a 50 amp hook-up.

I have a 15K DuoTherm Heat Pump and a 13.5 Duo Therm Heat Pump in the bedroom. They are great. Between the heat pumps and the fireplace I rarely use the furnace. I think you may also need a digital thermostat with a heat pump setting

At the Rally Dometic recommended that we leave the fan on in hot, humid conditions for better air circulation and more even temperature throughout.

One of the neatest features was the power retractable power cord. The 4 step entry was also a neat feature. However, the did away with the hot and cold water connections in the UDC. They heard a lot of negative comments about it and may change. Landmark appeared to be here to stay.
