Thanks for the additional info on the tires. I think you are probably correct in that this was a "leftover" 2008, however we did have 16" tires on the vehicle and absolutely no signs of dry or ultraviolet intrusion/damage.

Thanks for the info and the move. I had run into another thread elsewhere in this forum regarding axles and problems. Since my wife and I are new, both to rv'ing and this forum, thought I would throw the scenario out and see if any others had similiar problems and what the fix might be.
