    Contact with Flair for warranty

    In answer to the post about contacting Flair and Tim Mead, we did that and were told that it is Heartlands hand and it we up to them to make the final decision on our chair problem. We contacted Gary Randolph at Heartland and he said it was misuse and it stopped there.

    Poor Quality Control etc.

    I purchased a 2010 Big Horn 3055 last August. Went on an extended trip and have had nothing but problems with water leaks in the plumbing in the storage space and water leaking in on the bedroom slide. I was wondering if anyone else has had plumbing problems or did I get a friday built unit.
