I figure on cutting a 3 sided square hole (4th side hinge) just big enough to get my hand thru, then tape back up with eternabond rv roof tape. Be careful, don't want to accidentally drill a hole in tank.

We have a Torque T295 toy hauler and those supports support the freshwater tank. 100 gal tank is a little over 800lbs of water. My supports are only held in place with self tapping screws, soon to be replaced with bolts and nuts.

The RV industry in general, totally sucks, it's just that some suck more than others, and they don't give a ****.

Tractor Supply refills are about the cheapest and easiest.

Forget the numbers on the knob. We put an oven thermometer in the oven and go by that. The knob numbers are off by about 30 degs. We love or T295, but the oven is a piece of crap. We called Suburban and got the run around. Just disconnecting the lights was their only solution.

WE purchased our 2024 T295 this past February and couldn't be happier with it. The wife loves the air fryer oven. We are in Pa. and the end of Feb. we left for a 4000 mi trip to New Orleans and back. Before we left we did change out the China bomb tires for Goodyears. We got back mid May...

Both thermostats going bad at the same time? Probably not. You do realize there are two by pass valves on the water heater, one on top and one on the bottom, make sure both are in the proper position.

If it's still under warrantee, let them figure it out.

Ours has a two way valve like used on the water heater bypass. Make sure you are turning the valve the right way.

Kind of like buying a new car with bad tires and the fix is to just remove the tires. We got the same recall, screw it, I'll take my chances.

As mentioned above, sounds like a bad ground connection.

The RV industry is the only industry that gets away with this kind of crap. Although our two RV purchases have had no major issues, I see lots of others that have major problems. I can fix it myself, so I do. Saves a lot of unnecessary stress and heartache.

Also be aware that 30 amp is 120 volts and 50 amp is 240 volts. Making this mistake can cost you $$$$ in repairs.

I put them on my F 250 last year and will be putting them on the camper soon.

If you have the fuel station and you can see the fuel tank hanging down in front of the spare tire, you are good to go. The gen. gets its fuel from the same tank. You should also see two rubber fuel lines running from the gen compartment, running along the main frame I-beam to the rear fuel tank.

If the wire & box is under the bed, then the transfer switch is installed. The TS is mounted to the back of your circuit breaker panel.

Mine is under the bed. Remove plywood under mattress on top of bed platform, (over top of generator compartment). 4" electrical box screwed to floor on right side of bed.

Ours is under the kitchen sink, behind a plastic black box cover.
