    That’s exactly what I was looking for, but I do not see a valve on the line between the pump inlet and the tank. There isn’t one showing up on the schematic either. The pump sits under the kitchen sink, right over the tank.

    Gravity Fill Leaking -

    Everyone uses the same pumps and the check valves always end up leaking. The quick fix for all of them is to put a manual shutoff valve in the pump exit line, to prevent backflow. $10 fix if you can do it yourself.
