So after a live chat with Lippert I got written instructions for resetting zero point. Also had some videos and this is the one I followed. And now I'm good to good. And do NOT run your front jacks til they stop if at all possible. I've done that twice and both times it screwed things up! Here...
I'm actually at home and have had no problem leveling it until this time. So can you just fully retract all legs with the fronts on the ground? Why doe it have to be hooked up to tow vehicle?
Tried that but it didn't work. No matter how many blocks I put under the legs, the drivers side rear always goes out of stroke, even when extended about 2 inches. Going for manually leveling it then reset zero. IF I can figure out how to do it.
I have a 2023 Torque 371 with the Lippert leveling system that has controls outside and digital controls inside (3.0 maybe?). Anyway, I had the "out of stroke" error and shop fixed it, but it came back again. I think I may have screwed it up by lifting the front as high as I could to drain water...
One more question. Is there a vent, like 1-1/4 inch abs, for that black water tank? There is a line on the top corner of the tank. Either it’s a vent line or is the sink drain, can’t tell which. Sure it’s a vent, right? Sorry, it’s that garage toilet/sink bathroom in my Torque 371
Well heartland won't cover repairs because I'm the second owner. Not sure how I'm second owner when the trailer, I'm told, was never used. Someone may have bought it, something didn't work, put it in shop, waited forever without it being fixed and said forget it and got a different trailer. So...
Well called Heartland and someone is “working on it”. So my question now is, can these several 5/16 screw holes be patched with flex seal or something else? I can live with the coroplast the way it is for now.
Just got our 371 at the end of June this year, a 2023 that had never been used before. Anyway, rear toilet dumps into top of black water tank (I imagine they’re all that way) with toilet on a pedestal. First trip and noticed a leak at what I assumed was the toilet flange gasket. Probably flushed...
