We have taken it out, tried another outlet, we are thinking it is the magnetron, which would be easier just to replace the microwave. Undecided what to do as of yet.

We have a 2011 Landmark with an Amana Microwave Convection Oven that quit working. You would think it is working but when you open the door when the time is up, nothing is heated. The turntable still turns, etc. Really not looking forward to replacing it already. Any suggestions? Kitch

We just bought the same table about a week ago and love it.

The second day at the factory, Heartland met with the manufacturer of the flourescent lights and they replaced all nine of them. Worked great since. Sounds like there may be a few units with the same issue.

Our unit is presently at the factory for the second day trying to figure out why our flourescent lights will only stay on for 10 minutes or less. Has anyone else had this issue on a 2011 Landmark Augusta?
