Its loud. Vibrates the walls. I wonder how power it drawing?

My camper is equipped with a fan on the back of the fridge. It is loud when its running. It will wake you up at night. I noted that there is heat coming from the vent at the top of the fridge. Is there a better way to cool the coils without so much noise?

I have a water leak on my 2010 31QBS. The FWT is full. Water is dripping from the underbelly on the curb side between the wheels. I have no water leaking on the inside. Before I drop the underbelly, any suggestions?
