After the 4th motor on my rewind I have now had it removed, and a plug put in. I am less than pleased with this heartland product and my dealer.

Would you believe the second rewind motor has now quit. Number 3 is now on order.

The dealer finally came through. Installed a new motor today. I was amazed at the small motor that drives the reel. As of now all is OK

Still no replacement reel. I really looked forward to having a working reel. Hopefully if I ever get the replacement I can enjoy mine as so many of you have been able to.

Have any of you had trouble with your power cord rewind? Mine worked once and my dealer seems to be having trouble getting a new one.

The guy next door to me has just had the devils own time trying to get his large living room slide in. It has occurred to me that should the need arise I would be in trouble as I do not know where to crank. I have a 2011 3670.

I wondered about rescue tape looksd like it would do the job. I also looked at tennis raquet wraps, the just did not look long enough. Thanks for some good ideas.

The foam wrap that came with the trailer is cracking and falling apart. What have some of you used to relace this?

Thanks for some good ideas. Over the door will not work as I have sliding pocket doors. Under the cabinet over the throne looks good. Some of the hangers over the shower door look really OK, I have never seen anything like them before.

I reecieved a PDF from Heartland today of the production order showing that I have the King of the mountain Package, and what options and changes were added. Great service.

If one buys new truck an inquiry will get you an as built sheet. Just supply the vin number. Does heartland offer the same serice?

The dealer made good on some of the outstanding items. A couple of things had to be ordered from Heartland as they could not be fixed. I will have to take the trailer back in when these things come. I was getting anxious as we will be full timers as of July 15, and wanted to shake the trailer...

It was raining today so a good time to check for weather tightness. Cables and waterlines all looked good, no leaks. Things behind the walls and under the slides looked good.

PDI was a disaster, side of the trailer had been dinged, hot water cover was scratched and rusted, numerous areas inside the trailer had gouges in the wood. I looked as though some marks had been covered up but by the wrong color of putty. The rear day/night curtain was torn in three places...

A new 2011 3670 and I take delivery in early June. A question, how do you make optimum use of all of that storage space. My last 5th wheel had only a fraction of what looks like an empty dance hall in the 3670.

After traveling from Yuma to 29 Palms, and particularly along the east side of the Salton Sea this past Febuary, I know that the stuff a the rear of my 37 foot 5th certainly moved. If the ride is as good as you say in a Cyclone I am indeed making the right decision.
