Yes, I'm holding the clip in, and also pushing on the door. It seems to work sometimes, and sometimes not. Good to hear it gets easier with age. Thank you.

We got it. Whew! Figured out that you have to put the numbers in before the light goes out. Hold the 9-0 key only 3 seconds, then put the rest of the string in. Thank you, Alan, for your help.
