Today hubby wanted to move 5er, put the rooms in, unplugged electric and went to wind up electric cord. We have no 12 volt power. Battery is charged. where do we find the reset button??????

We have brought our 2011 Big Horn to Florida for another winter. We rented a DVD today and can not make a picture come over the TV. The sound is coming though . We have gone though all the imputs and nothing. Are we missing something? Thanks, Barb

The shade in the small window in our living room slide broke, The string sparated and half of the shade dropped. With the valance all around it we have no clue what to do. We don't see any screws or anything to remove the valance to get to the shade. Any ideas ? Thanks, Barb
