5th Airborne or Trail Air Pin Box

+1 on the 5th Airborne Only one I have had, but really helps with the chucking. I had to tow a short distance with all of the air out of the 5th airborne and it was like night and day.

    TV Removal

I pulled out my TV, which was located above the main door. Here are the basic steps: 1. remove the 4 screws on the bottom board. There are wooden plugs that fit into the holes, then you can unscrew the four screws holding the bottom board. You'll have to cut the caulk on the left side...

    Ladder storage

Cut the ladder Couldn't follow the link mentioned above, but I ran into the same issue. I cut the last step of the ladder off and it will fit in the front storage compartment just right. I can step up on to the new bottom step, or if need be, use a small stepstool I carry. Works for me!

    Heater Not Strong Enough?

Loco, Where and how did you run your new ducts? I took the Cyclone out this weekend for the first time this season and am now convinced I am losing a lot of warm air to the underbelly. The heater would run and run and run and barely heat up the interior. However, the cold water out of the...

    Suspension Air Bags

Hey all, I've been doing some research and haven't found anything yet. There are places we take our camper that we need more ground clearance. A friend of mine had his toyhauler lifted about 3-4" and that has helped considerably getting into some spots. However his highway hauling seems to...

    Heater Not Strong Enough?

Still no resolution I've used mirrors and flashlights to follow all of my ducts and everything is clear of obstructions. Essentially I just don't seem to have enough airflow. Does anyone know if you can upgrade the fan?

    Heater Not Strong Enough?

Hi, I've posted a similar question in the Appliances forum, but haven't found what I am looking for yet. The heater on my coach runs almost non-stop during cold summer evenings here in Colorado. My dealer took a look and said the heater, fan and ducting looks good. What can I do to...

    Hydraulic Leveling System

Has anyone installed a hydraulic leveling system on their Cyclone? I rarely camp in actual campgrounds, and leveling is a pain compared to my old TT. So....I was looking at a hydraulic leveling system to take all of the work out of leveling. :D Experiences? TIA, ToyHauler

    Solar Trickle Charger

Hi, Has anyone been using a solar trickle charger? I used one on my old TT and thought it kept the batteries well maintained. Haven't installed one on the Cyclone yet and before I do, I thought I would reach out to the group for personal experiences. TIA, ToyHauler

    Heater Not Strong Enough?

Hey everyone, Loving the Cyclone! Been camping the last several weekends up in the Colorado mountains and it's been cold at night! Down in the low 40's. The heater seems to run almost non-stop to keep the temp around 68. The floor vent closest to the heater puts out a small amount of air...

    Shower

Thanks 2Cats! When I picked up my 3795, there was a unit that had just rolled in the night before and low-and-behold, the shower door was flipped from the factory! I'll have to flip mine over soon. Great post!:)

Mounting Tie Downs in the Garage

Rail Configuration for Dirt Bikes So I am ready to mount the rails in the garage of my Cyclone and am looking for experiences others have had. Read what is in this post and am having difficulty finding out much more. I'm thinking the most versatility for dirt bikes would be to run the three...

Looking for Info/Input on Cyclone 3795

Love Mine! I have a 3795 and love it. For the money, there isn't a better rig out there. I looked around at a number of different manufacturers. When you look at all of the features that come standard on a Cyclone, it just can't be beat. There isn't a lot of information on these units...

Lifted Truck and a 5th Wheel?

JPMorgan, Thanks for the reply. I measured my box rails and they are 59" high. The 5th wheel deck is also 59". I don't see how I could get 6-7" of clearance and not have the back of the 5th wheel dragging the ground. Too bad. Toy Hauler

Lifted Truck and a 5th Wheel?

Hello everyone, I have a 2000 Ford F250 SD, crew cab, short bed with a 4" ProComp lift and 35" tires. I am considering buying our first 5th wheel, a Heartland Cyclone 3795 toyhauler. I'm concerned about clearance between the bed rails and the 5th wheel deck (I believe that is what it's...
