    Bathroom skylight

*Update* Husband ordered the outside and inside skylights from the manufacturer and they were very inexpensive. Easy to install as well.

Thank you Dave. My husband googled it online and nothing that size came up. I'll have him call Heartland.

    Bathroom skylight

Hi, We have a 2010 NC 32BH and need to replace the bathroom skylight. We measured it to 17x26 but cannot find anything close to those numbers. Has anyone had to replace theirs, and if so, where did you purchase it? Thank you!

    Cleaning the awning

This season I have found the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The first time I scrubbed the awning using a mixture of dawn and bleach. I still had some yucky looking stains on there. I decided to spot clean with the Mr. Clean Erasers. Wow, what a difference. I ended up redoing the whole awning...

    Light switch question

The melted switch sounds like that could be the problem. One thing's for sur. With me around, my husband always has enough to do to keep him busy! :-)

    Light switch question

Thanks for the answer. Yep, I definately left the light on when I went out there to do leaves. I received a call from a neighbor on that. I figured all I would have to worry about would be a couple of burned out bulbs. I guess it's not much of a worry for now. My husband told me yesterday...

    Light switch question

Hi everyone, I am in IL and we have winterized since November here. Yesterday my husband went out to the permanent site we keep the trailer on. He discovered I had left a light switch on and it is now frozen in the on position. He turned the heat on for a couple of hours and the temp was...

    Microwave

Re: Mircowave To follow up on the thread, the microwave could not be fixed. The dealer ended up replacing it. Seems there was some glitch with it. Thank you all again for the advice. Sherri

George, Thank you for your response. I will have to forward your reply to my DH as you've run way past my technical know how. LOL Sherri

    Fresh water pump

Yes, we already have wrapped the lines with foam insulation. I put it where they touch at the joints, where it comes in contact with the wall and also the floor. I'm not certain how the pump actually sits on the floor...whether there are rubber pegs under it or such. We'll look closely at it...

    Fresh water pump

Nope, ours is definitely loud...not only when it's cycling. You can feel the vibration of the pump through the floor as well. There is no way to quietly flush and not wake everyone up.

    Fresh water pump

Hi all, I have another question. Last weekend we filled the fresh water tank for the first time and once we turned the pump on I was surprised to hear it rumbling everytime we turned on a faucet or flushed. It's rather loud and I was curious if this is normal. The cold water pipe was...

    Microwave

Re: Mircowave Hi Dave, Yes, I set the 'clock'. I have since then tried to unprogram the 'time' because somewhere along the way it has been programed. I cannot get it to clear. The clock is not a problem. Thank you

    Microwave

Ever since I set the time on the mircowave, it now does a programmed start. It does it whenever it feels like it, day or night. So for now it's unplugged. If I stop it before the timer goes off, it will freeze all functions. I understand there is an option for programming a start time...

    Black marks on outside

We have a 2010 NC 32BHDD which we bought a couple of weeks ago. It has black streaks under the windows that are being stubborn. We have tried the black streak remover and Simply Green at full strength but neither has worked. I'm thinking these stains have been on there for awhile, while it...

    We got sucked in...

Thanks for the welcome. We had no problems with the PDI. Everything worked, all seals were sealed and we were happy campers. Sorry for the pun. We hauled our TT to the campground and got set up and comfy. What a great weekend we had! DH almost let me go home alone Sunday because he was...

    We got sucked in...

Tomorrow my DH and I will do our PDI on our new NC32BHDD. I kept talking it up and wore down his resistance. This is our first TT. DH had a small camper in his younger years and i've only done temp camping. We'll be putting it down at a seasonal site for a couple of years and enjoy...
