Hi: I've not seen an option to upgrade the standard 15000 BTU A/C to a heat pump/AC unit (preferably a high efficiency/capacity model). I think this would be a very popular option for potential customers.
1) Are there any plans to offer a heat pump in the future? I'll be ordering soon (next month or two) and it would be nice to get it without having to remove/discard the standard unit upon delivery.
2) If not, could a credit be given if we choose not to get any AC unit from the factory? (guess we'd have to plug that hole somehow in the interim)
