What are 2 hoses inside dump valve compartment?

They are 2 white hoses. They are not connected to anything. they have some white fittings on them too. They are just to the right as you open the door to get to the dump valves. I have a 2013 torque 301. Thanks

One is to pull antifreeze thru the water system.

Overflow vents for your fresh water tanks.

Now I'm confused. If one is for antifreeze, what's the other one for. And if they are overflow vents, why do they have those fittings on them?

Not for antifreeze. Those look like fresh tank overflow valves. I'd guess you have 2 fresh tanks that are connected and there's one overflow for each tank. You could fill the fresh tank to verify.
