Begin your day with a fun, low impact, exercise class that will be over before you can start whining
Who: All are welcome
When: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday mornings
Time: 8:30 - 9:00 AM (arrive by 8:25)
Where: Meet at the Nelson's Pavilion
(Locust Street near the clock tower)
Wear: Comfortable clothes & sneakers

Who: Anyone who can walk
When: Daily, Tuesday - Friday, June 13-16
Time: 9:00 - 9:30 AM (arrive by 8:55)
Where: Meet at the Nelson's Pavilion

Wear: Comfortable clothes & sneakers
Bring: 2 Trekking Poles
