Tilting elect awning from a newbie elect awning owner

Just bought/picked up a '18 BC 3560 SS and during our PDI was given very vague instructions on how to tilt the awning for rain run off. Rig was inside garage w/ another RV next to it so unable to have full demo of awning. All that was said was to loosen the 1 arm and extend or something to that effect. Manual awning was simple to do/figure out. Is there a You Tube video on this or go w/ what I read on here?

You can compress the arm on one side and tighten the knob to hold it. Or just let it dump on it's own.

You can pull down on one side and lower it, then tighten the nut. We normally set ours up with a slight tilt to it. Don't forget to loosed the nut up before retracting it.

If it windy I'll pull down a little on both sides and tighten the nut. If it might rain lower one side more than the other. If you don't tighten the nut and it rains enough one side will lower and dump the rain, when it gets heavy enough, then pop back up
