Its BBQ TIME!!

We will be hosting a Northeast Region BBQ potluck featuring our double smoked pulled pork sandwiches.

Stay tune for information on a little get together for the Northeast region members.

Did a little practicing today with the new portable smoker. 9.5hrs on this 10lb beauty.

It made nearly a gallon of pulled pork. Planning on 2 of these for the potluck.
