I have had to defrost the freezer twice in the past two months to get an ice build-up out of the line coming in to the ice cube mold area. Is this common? I have purchased a tubing brush to stay ahead of this problem but don't know if this will help.

How does a person make the freezer colder and why would the ice maker just stop working. I am hooked up to 50 amp and have plenty of water.

We just picked up a new Big Horn 3670 RL with an ice maker in the refrigerator. Apparently there is a manual shut off valve for the water supply however after searching in all of the obvious places I still have not found it. Does anyone out there know where it is? CC
