Hey all!
i am a newbie to the rv life and I just bought a Sundance 262 rb. I’m trying to install 2 tv mounts where the walls had a sticker saying to mount there. I am wondering when trying to mount them how big of screws do I use for the walls so I don’t go too far and ruin my trailer. Also is...
I am sure that this question has already been asked once or twice, but I did not want to take the time right now to hunt down the answer to my question. I own an MPG 181 and would like to install a TV mount on the wall above where there is a TV platform (with the audio system). I remember...
First let me apologize for starting a thread that I am certain already exists somewhere out in the world wide web. When I search on this site, I get topics that couldn't be more unrelated to the key word(s) that I type in... so with that said, here goes...
I have a 9' Flag Pole made from PVC...
I own a 2010 31QBS and recently replaced the factory bias-ply tires with Maxxis radials of the same size (205 75 R14). The spare tire is mounted beneath the trailer tongue/A-frame. The radials make the trailer ride a bit lower, resulting in the spare dragging when going over uneven ground. (We...
Put up a tv mount in our TR 22RBQ. Talking to the factory there is no backer on the wall between the dining area and the shower.
I mounted the tv on the side of the cabinet using a piece of 3/4" plywood as a backer.
Right now I have a couple af strips of velcro to secure the tv, will...
Would like to mount a hitch receiver on the rear of our new 21FBS for the purpose of carrying our generator - is that something that can be done and if so are there any recommendations that Heartland can make?
Anyone know how thick the wall is where the bedroom t.v. can be mounted on the wall? I dont want to put to big a screw in nor to small. Meant to check it out on my last factory visit but alas, I forgot to check it out!!
Hello,
We had our BC 3500RL for a week now. We haven't taken it out yet, since loading everything. LOL
We've already come up with something that we aren't fired up about. Can you tell me if the TV in the entertainment center can be fitted with an swing arm tv mount? The TV is not in a...
Got tired of lifting the generator in + out of the storage compartment to use it. I re-used the square U-bolts from the factory bumper spare tire holder along with about 7' of 2 "x 2" x 3/16" angle iron to fab the support. Sticks out about 10" from the ladder but i can live with it.
I am trying to figure out how to remove the tv from the wall of our 2010 Sundance 3000rk. I need to access the rear of the tv to get serial number for recording the factory warranty and to attach extra av equipment like Dish network receiver and Wii console. Does anyone know how to get this tv...
Here's photos of the mount I made for a TV (SOB-TV) for our 2010 3670. We requested (and Heartland complied - THANK YOU HEARTLAND!!) that we get the 2009 style cabinetry in the bedroom.
We chose a 23 inch diagonal TV, its dimensions are 22" X 15" high, and fits in the TV cove with room to...
Maybe the factory reps could give me an answer to a simple question concerning my TV mount. I have waited for over 2 weeks to get the TV that came with the unit installed in my trailer and have yet to get this simple thing accomplished thanks to either Heartland or my dealer. Hard to believe...
Made a removable bracket to hold the generator at the rear of the unit. This gen. support will only be used while parked during dry camping and overnites at a rest stop. I still store the gen. in the truck bed. Noted the AC makes more noise inside the unit than this low cost generator.
We have a 2008 Bighorn 3055. As we travel down the highway I can see the space between the top of the pin box and the bottom of the front overhang where the pin box is mounted change as if the pin box mount is flexing. Is this normal or should ther not be any movement? You can also see a...
I have a 26" lcd that currently just sits on the solid state counter top in the main room .
Can I use a mounting deivce that would hang the TV from the forward wall?
This wall backs up to the shower, and before I start drilling I would like to know if some type of backer board is in there...
I just picked up a hardwire Surge Guard off Ebay. Now I'm wondering where to mount it in my brand new Bighorn 3385. I can't see any place to put it except on the basement wall. Any suggestons or pics of your install appreciated.
As the title suggests - the toilet paper roll holders were shipped loose in the unit. This is my first RV and I'm curious about how to mount these. I assume an interior wall is preferred, but do I need to find at least one stud? Should I use wing anchors?
What are the tips from the seasoned...
Found this idea for an in-expensive replacemant for the typical tri-pod satellite mount on another RV Forum. Don't think it would be stable enough for a HD dish but its working good for the standard dish I still use. Because its so low to the ground it seems to withstand winds better than...
It was mentioned in a thread that I cannot locate, that Mor/ryde was coming out with a line of flat screen TV mounts for RVs. They were debuted in Lousiville last week.
I called our Mor/Ryde friend, Gary Wheeler and he gave me the scoop. They make 3 different mounts. They will be sold...
:confused:We have a 2009 3300SK Sundance, we have a 27 in lcd tv that we would like to wall mount, just above the fireplace. The tv is too tall on the stand. Is there a way to wall mount the tv ? It weighs 20 lbs. We purchased the tv 2 yrs ago and would like to keep if we could
Has anybody mounted a SurgeGuard in their North Trail yet? We have a 31BHD, and it looks like the room behind the converter may be limited. I mounted the same SurgeGuard in our last Jayco, and installed it with “peek holes” through the paneling so I could monitor the L.E.D.’s. I intend on...
We have a 2009 3012RE and although there is a satellite connection in the docking center I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not this unit comes pre-wired for a roof mounted Satelite Dish? Any assistance or wiring schematics would be appreciated.
Thanks
