Can anyone help me identify the bottom white switch below my water line heater?

We had a very unfortunate situation immediately after signing papers and dealer refused to allow us to return/refund purchase. This trailer never left the lot and is basically brand new. It even has an exterior paint protection warranty we paid extra for that provides coverage for 5 years...
