2013 Cyclone Gelcoat ?

I have a2013 Cyclone 4100 HD King and don't know how to polish this gelcoat. It isn't smooth and shinny, it has kind of a dull glittery look to it and won't buff. Does anyone know what this is and how to care for it, clean, wax, etc...?

Note: just looked up original build sheet and it state High Gloss Metallic Sidewall. This does not buff, just turns black.

Sounds like the gel coat is gone. The only thing you can do is find a fiberglass shop to redo the gel coat
