2017 Trail Runnner 29SLE preventative / roof improvement techniques

Hi, I have recently purchased a 29SLE. This is my second trailer. My first trailer had roof leaks and I would like to try to preserve the quality of this roof by getting ahead of any potential issues. Please feel free to offer any advice or share stories about this. Thanks.

I’ve looked at the reviews. Seems like some applications or materials don’t stick but otherwise seems okay.

@Dahillbilly Ihave heard about henrys. I’d really love to hear from someone who has applied it first hand.
