2021 21RBSS - Bulge in the flooring of the storage

I have a North Trail 21RBSS with something about to poke through the flooring in the storage area. Does anyone know what is located in this area in the under-belly?

Floor screw backed out. Slice the vinyl enough to screw it back down, then use vinyl seam , or clear PVC glue, to repair where you cut it.
