3 Landmarks!

We're in Vacaville, CA in a small called Midway RV Park. There are 3 Landmarks in the park with us. Most of the rigs in here are residential. We were the only new guest to show up yesterday. The park is nice and clean and quiet. We haven't met the Landmarks' owners yet, but maybe we'll run into them.

We spent Easter weekend at Cross Country Campground in Denver,N.C and had a great time. While we were we saw a Cyclone with a Dodge TV from Texas but did not see anyone outside. We also had a couple ask to see our Landmark while we were there.Of course we said yes. They had seen the Augusta on the internet but had never seen a Landmark in person. They were really impressed.I think they were going to deal with RVs for less. Gave them the web address for the forum and recommended they check it out.

One couple in the park who owns a Montana couldn't even wait until we were set up to come look at our trailer. We had the slides out so we brought them in to look around. Their most memorable comment was, "Man, I wish I had looked around more!" They loved our kitchen and bathroom and had lots of questions. Too bad they just bought the Montana, or we might have had a convert.

We have a second showing tomorrow of our Landmark with the same couple. Lent them a brochure of the Augusta which they returned and now want to see our coach again. They are from eastern PA and wanted me to look up Heartland dealers there. They were interested in a Cardinal or Designer but with no Cardinal dealers noted in Easter Pa and not really sure about the Designer Heartland may have another customer soon.

Jim,

I talked to George & Lindsey a couple of weeks ago and they have sold their coach. There is a new owner in Oklahoma, fulltimer, that is enjoying their coach. Whoever bought this coach got one really nice coach at a very reasonable price.
