We full time in our Cyclone and found the bed frame to be weak and lack support. When apart i found the 2x2 bowed, weak joints, and the bed rollers pulled from the frame. Time to re-engineer!
I took the original 2x2 cross support out and replaced it with 2 2x4's. With the removed 2x2 I added additional support to the existing side frames (as shown). Over the top was new sturdy plywood with self stick tiles as htneighbors suggested. Heavier wood screws for the wheels and it was a done deal.
