I wanted to be sure and thank the factory for answering my questions I have had. You have proven that you care about the consumer and that means a lot. I would rather pay a bit more for something but get good service than to just go cheap. A BIG thank you to all who have taken the time to answer all of us. You are one of the reasons we are planning on getting a bighorn over another mid-line fifth wheel we have looked at.
