Adding an AC

I live and travel in Texas and it's hot, my wife and I want a added ac to help with cooling with the kids in and out, question is whats the best plan to add an ac to the front bedroom? The unit is a 2007 Sundance 33BH it has a 15t single ducted unit now.

Do you have the bedroom A/C prep. If you do it should be pretty simple. other than cutting a huge hole in the roof. if you do not have the A/C prep then it might be a job for a service center.

the other thing you have to consider is what size to use in the bedroom. We have the factory installed 13,500 BTU, so will say that it is too big for just the bedroom, but with the this Texas heat it is working great and will shut down for long enough to easily fall asleep and it dose not bother us when it does cycle on.

Thanks, does anyone know if the smaller ac (9t?) is as loud and is easier to deal with in the bedroom?
