Additional light for a truck tool box

Wanted to add some additional light to my truck tool box at night as having the Lid open blocks the bed light preventing any light being transmitted.I found some simple roll LED lights off of amazon used the supped double sided tape and stuck them to the box lid and wired them up to a switch in the tool box. For $10.00 I'm pretty impressed with the results.

Just had the same box delivered today. I'm going to try that after I install it.

I did something similar (when LED's were still way high ion price). I used a simple mercury switch I got off Amazon for a couple of bucks.
Half way up the lights come on.

Makes a difference being able to see in there at night
