I have a heartland 21 FBS,2016 with a mushroom type antenna on the roof …where does this plug-in to the TV and or radio? I’m not sure if it’s working any information would be greatly appreciated.

Or direction to someone who may be able to help me!

Duke:
Just about ALL the OTA (Over The Air) TV antennas on RV's have amplifiers for the signal picked up by the antenna head on the rooftop. In fact, there is an amplifier device inline with the coaxial cable right inside the antenna head that is powered by 12 volts DC sent up from the TV signal amplifier wallplate near the bedroom or main TV. Behind this wallplate is also more amplifying and signal switching circuitry. The amplifier must be turned ON to send the signal from the antenna head to the TV coax by pressing the switch button on the wallplate and seeing the pilot light LED on the wallplate come on.

Yes. This has been the general RV TV antenna wiring scheme for 15 or more years.
