Hello Factory peeps,

I have a question for you:

So, if a purchaser of one of these new-fangled 5th wheels happily departs the dealership for their very first outing and after say, around 1000 miles stops for a bite to eat, at their favorite truck-stop and as a precaution pops in the 5th wheel to check up on things sees that the residential refrigerator has decide to detach itself from the "factory" installation and runs across the opening into the table, who gets to pay for a new door to replace the newly dented one?

I'm guessing, but that sounds like a warranty coverage.

I AM surprised!
I've just been emailed by Joel Eberlein, General Manager for Big Country (and Elkridge) and at almost midnight at that!
I now have a phone number to call and a name of a person with whom I can speak. Thanks, Joel. I will call in the morning.
