Usually, sales, or lack thereof, drives the status of a floorplan. It was explained to me about repetition, I'll try to explain, as best I can... If the same floorplan can be sold 3 times at the same dealership, it's considered a winner. If it sits idle too long, or doesn't garnish repeat requests, then dealerships won't order more. If dealerships aren't ordering, then Heartland has to decide to stop making that plan and make something dealers will want to order.
